29 July 2025

Envista Forensics is proud to announce the launch of its Digital Forensics Resource Portal, an essential new online hub tailored specifically for legal and insurance professionals navigating the complex world of digital evidence.

Designed to simplify and strengthen how legal and insurance claim professionals access and leverage digital forensics in their cases, the portal features a curated collection of tools, templates, and expert insights to support litigation, compliance, and investigation workflows.

“Digital evidence has become critical in today’s legal and claims landscape,” said Spencer McInvaille, Director of Digital Forensics at Envista. “Whether it’s GPS data, deleted communications, or metadata, our new resource portal is built to give legal professionals the tools they need to request, preserve, and leverage digital evidence effectively.”

Whether you are handling trucking and transportation claims, employment disputes, liability cases, or criminal investigations, this portal offers targeted tools and expert insights to support litigation, compliance, and investigative workflows. From discovery templates to forensic protocols, the resources are designed to help professionals confidently navigate the complexities of digital evidence.

“This portal isn’t just a toolkit, it’s a way to bridge the gap between legal strategy and technical forensics,” added Jake Green, Technical Operations Manager. “By putting these resources in the hands of attorneys and claims professionals, we’re helping them build stronger, evidence-based cases.”

The portal reflects Envista’s ongoing commitment to equipping professionals with reliable and actionable tools. In an environment where digital evidence can make or break a case, having access to expertly developed resources gives legal and insurance professionals a critical edge.
