Mr. Zachary Peltier is a Regional Technical Leader with over 15 years of construction, project management, and consulting experience. His project management experience includes work in commercial, government, and military facilities, multi-family, and residential structures and buildings.  He has extensive knowledge involving all aspects of facilities construction and maintenance including new construction, renovations, and resolution of construction deficiencies. Mr. Peltier is experienced at preparing and resolving construction claims, detailed project planning, facilitating multiple discipline work, project management, and preparing cost of completion estimation. Mr. Peltier’s consultant responsibilities have included the completion of in-depth analysis and review of claims related to residential, commercial, municipal, and federal properties for catastrophic claims such as large losses, hurricane, tornado, fire, flood claims, as well as damage resulting from wind, hail, water, sewer, mold, and other related issues.
