Mr. Steve Sprague is a Senior Building Consultant with over 20 years of hands-on construction, estimating and project management experience. His expertise includes a broad range of construction applications, including residential and commercial new construction, remodeling, and structural repair. Prior to 2005, Mr. Sprague performed aircraft repair capabilities analyses and cost estimating for the aerospace industry creating detailed time and material cost estimates for component level commercial aircraft repair and maintenance projects. Over the last three years, Mr. Sprague has performed estimating and project management for dozens of property loss and builder defect related claims for a local third-party engineering consulting firm. Mr. Sprague also holds a certificate in emergency management and is well-versed in the response, recovery and long-term mitigation protocols associated with disaster and catastrophe work. At Envista, Mr. Sprague utilizes his vast expertise to provide scope development and analysis, contractor/subcontractor scope and cost analysis associated with builder defect claims, project estimating and invoice analysis.
