Perry Pinto currently serves as a Senior Project Engineer where he provides initial response, condition assessment, and forensic evaluation of structures damaged by natural disasters, collapses, fires, building envelope failures, and other large and complex losses as part of Envista Forensics’ Major Loss Group. Prior to joining Envista, Mr. Pinto worked in the Forensics industry where he focused on structural assessments and documentation for property damage following global natural disasters, as well as complex litigation and subrogation..

Perry Pinto currently serves as a Senior Project Engineer where he provides initial response, condition assessment, and forensic evaluation of structures damaged by natural disasters, collapses, fires, building envelope failures, and other large and complex losses as part of Envista Forensics’ Major Loss Group. Prior to joining Envista, Mr. Pinto worked in the Forensics industry where he focused on structural assessments and documentation for property damage following global natural disasters, as well as complex litigation and subrogation matters. These include high-profile cases such as the Florida International University Pedestrian Bridge Collapse in Miami in 2018, and the 1031 Canal Street (Hard Rock) Hotel Collapse in New Orleans in 2019. Mr. Pinto has performed post-hurricane structural assessments of port, aviation, and multiple resort facilities in the U.S. Virgin Islands following Hurricanes Irma and Maria. For the first decade of his career, Mr. Pinto worked in the power industry successfully contributing to the completion of complex structural engineering projects. He specialized in the analysis and design of nuclear power plants, fossil fuel energy projects, and electrical substations and switchyards. Mr. Pinto is a registered professional engineer and a licensed sUAS (drone) pilot.
