Working with teams to identify solutions and ultimately generate improvements.  Interpersonal Effectiveness – Demonstrated the ability to communicate and share a vision at all levels in the organisation gaining engagement through the process Managing Change – Took the lead in the management of change for the COMAH regs. Demonstrate that major accident scenarios predominantly associated with gas releases were adequately resourced to continue operations.
