Mr. McCullough is a District Manager with over 40 years of experience in all phases of building construction and performance, project management, and producing documents for building construction (drawings, specifications, and change orders), as well as construction administration on both residential and commercial structures. During his career as a practicing architect, Mr. McCullough planned and designed everything from renovations, and additions to new construction for building types including, but not limited to, residential both single family and multi-family, institutional, educational (from elementary through universities), industrial, medical research facilities and medical laboratories, hospitals, correction facilities, hotels and resort facilities, restaurants and entertainment facilities, public buildings, office buildings, airports, military facilities, convention centers, and parking structures. As a Forensic Architect, Mr. McCullough has evaluated building systems (building envelopes, roofing, and assembly of materials), and has performed investigations and evaluations for damage to residential and commercial buildings throughout the United States. He has been responsible for evaluating all forms of structures for code compliance, slip/trip and falls, fire cause and origin, hail and wind damage assessment, and catastrophic storm damage evaluations from natural disasters (Tornados, Hurricanes, Floods, and Hail). He has investigated and evaluated residential structures for foundation issues, building envelope failures, flood damage assessment, and roof failures, and has prepared professional reports documenting opinions and conclusions from these investigations. Mr. McCullough has been designated as an expert witness and has provided expert witness testimony in multiple states.
