Eduardo, P.E., is a Geotechnical Engineer with over 45 years of engineering experience, including more than three decades specializing in forensic geotechnical engineering, geologic hazard assessments, and subsidence investigations. He has performed and supervised hundreds of sinkhole evaluations throughout Florida and Tennessee and has extensive experience evaluating difficult subsurface conditions affecting residential, commercial, industrial, municipal, and infrastructure projects.
Mr. Eduardo specializes in geotechnical investigations, sinkhole assessments, foundation evaluation and design, ground improvement, and forensic engineering, with particular expertise in subsidence investigations, geologic hazard mitigation, construction recommendations, and litigation support. His background includes foundation engineering, subsurface exploration, groundwater evaluations, construction materials testing, earth embankment design, pavement engineering, and emergency response to active sinkhole events.
