Daniel M. Canda, P.E., is a civil and structural engineer with more than 15 years of experience in structural design, evaluation, and forensic assessment of residential and commercial structures. His background includes foundation analysis, structural repairs, and steel design, with extensive hands-on experience conducting 200–250 field evaluations annually, including detailed inspections of attics, crawlspaces, and building systems.
