Mr. Karl Schumacher is a Senior Consultant with over 15 years of experience in industrial machine service and design. He has created assembly, quality control, and testing protocols to enhance manufacturing processes and supervised global teams in servicing and repairing industrial machinery. He has also led the development of service and support infrastructures, technical documentation, and training programs for field technician certifications.

Mr. Schumacher's expertise includes proof-of-concept evaluations, iterative mechanical design and developing equipment testing and commissioning protocols, including evaluations and design of equipment safeguarding according to CSA Z432. He has contributed to industrial printer engineering teams and has contributed to designing human-machine interfaces (HMIs), machine serviceability, and prescribed maintenance programs.
