Christina Lucas Selected Most Influential and Prominent Black Women in Business and Industry 2020

Atlanta – 28 December 2020

ATLANTA – Dec. 28, 2020 – Christina Lucas, President of Envista Forensics, a global forensic consulting firm, was selected as one of South Florida’s Most Influential and Prominent Black Women in Business and Industry for 2020.

“I am truly honored to be nominated and selected for this award, alongside many other amazing women,” said Lucas. “During a year that presented a number of challenges and unprecedented change, I’m grateful to be surrounded by such a strong community of women leaders.”

Lucas was nominated by Legacy Miami magazine readers and selected by the publication’s committee. Legacy is part of M-I-A Media Group, one the nation’s largest Black publishers in the United States, with more than a million readers. The issue profiles 14 selected Black women professionals to celebrate their accomplishments in areas of business, education, medicine, law, politics, or entrepreneurship. This will be the magazine’s 16th year publishing the award issue.

“It’s always been a passion of mine to encourage and grow the entrepreneurial spirit in women,” Lucas expressed. “Since I have accepted the position of President at Envista Forensics earlier this year, I have been able to see firsthand how amazing it can be to have an organization fueled with a number of high-level female executives. I will always strive to put equality first and encourage an environment of diversity and inclusion.”

Lucas has scaled the insurance and professional services industries on regional, national, and global levels, with extensive international business and client relations expertise. Prior to joining Envista Forensics, Lucas was the Site Leader and General Manager of AIG Bulgaria, and in just two short years, the Bulgarian division became the 2019 Employer of Choice. During her tenure at AIG, Lucas also held key leadership roles within the organization’s Global Claims Performance team, Latin American/Caribbean operations, and Asia Pacific operations. She also served in management and client engagement roles for Deloitte in the US, Germany, and Brazil.

“If I had to leave you with one last thought it would be this: As women professionals, we are all part of the same evolution, on the same path, trying to make a difference,” remarked Lucas. “Use your voice to empower and lift others. If you feel an obligation, as I do, then I implore you to proactively support the next generation of leaders.”
