Sarah is the Executive Vice President of People & Culture, where she oversees the People & Culture Team, leads HR & Recruiting, and works with leaders across the organization to develop, recruit and support top talent.
Sarah is passionate about creating the best people experience. Results-focused and strategically inclined, Sarah is experienced at building and scaling successful teams to accomplish results. Most recently, Sarah held the VP of People role at Snapsheet, an Insurtech, where she had the opportunity to lead the People Function, build the talent management strategies, and quickly scale the organization bringing in over 400 employees in 18 months. Prior to Snapsheet, she worked for Enova, a Fintech company, where she led all L&D and HR, focusing on employee growth and retention.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University in Chicago.
