Envista Forensics Launches New Construction Claims
TORONTO, ON. -- Nov. 20, 2017 -- Envista Forensics, a global forensic consulting company, announced the addition of a Construction Claims, Course of Construction Losses Division to their Toronto, ON office. This division will complement the multidisciplinary, national engineering and consulting services that Envista provides throughout Canada.
With this new division, we proudly introduce Doris Marshall as the Practice Leader for Construction Claims, Course of Construction losses. Marshall, who will be based out of Envista’s Toronto, ON office, joins the team with over 30 years of impressive experience providing construction claims and dispute resolution consulting to clients in the construction, insurance and legal industries.
Throughout her impressive career, she has consulted on a multitude of complex disputes by providing schedule delay and disruption analysis, risk mitigation and change management, loss of productivity assessments, as well as litigation support and expert testimony.
At Envista, Marshall will manage the growing Construction Claims, Course of Construction Losses Division and will continue to provide expert construction consulting services to owners, general contractors, subcontractors, insurers, sureties and legal professionals.
