Rick Hezel, P.E. serves Envista Forensics as the Regional Director for the U.S. Southeast. He is responsible for leading and managing the business activities for the US Consulting Group in the Southeast.
Rick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and completed Master’s Degree coursework focusing on Structural Engineering at Mississippi State University and Virginia Polytechnical Institute. For 12 years, Rick worked as a Structural Design Engineer before transitioning to the forensics field. Since joining Envista Forensics in 2010, Rick has held the positions of Senior Project Engineer, Technical Field Supervisor, and District Manager.
Rick is a licensed Professional Engineer that has experience in managing and performing the evaluation and repair of commercial, industrial, and residential structures, as well as managing and leading teams of forensic experts of various disciplines.
