Prior to joining Envista, Siva spent twelve years as Service Manager in two leading Heavy Equipment Manufacturing companies, with a wide range of responsibilities, including the commissioning, maintaining, troubleshooting and improving of equipment and machinery, and training of dealer personnel. Siva has 26 years of experience, including maintenance and troubleshooting of Petroleum Refinery Plant Machinery (columns, reactors, storage tanks, pipework, heat exchangers, fin coolers, furnaces, boilers, turbines, vessels, etc.), fabrication of plant machinery adhering to the relevant codes and managing the plant turnarounds, maintaining and troubleshooting of construction equipment, diesel power generators, shaft generators, transmission systems (e.g. gearboxes) for marine vessels, vessel surface drives and gyro stabilisers and turbine starting systems.
