Matt Grimaldi is a Senior Project Engineer with nine years of experience as a structural engineer. Mr. Grimaldi began his career at Newport News Shipbuilding, where he helped design various internal components of the upcoming Columbia Class submarines. After his time at the Shipyard, Matthew continued his career at Plant Vogtle where he worked as both a Site Design Engineer and member of the teams building two new AP1000 nuclear power plants. His work there involved supporting construction and all construction-related activities, ensuring what was being constructed matched the original design as closely as possible. Mr. Grimaldi’s previous work experience has given him strong background in both the design and construction sides of engineering.
