Mischa Bowen, PE, is a Project Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in mechanical engineering, hardware design, analysis, testing, manufacturing, and systems integration. His experience includes high-reliability mechanical, electromechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with a background spanning uncrewed marine systems, rail applications, industrial machinery, and complex assemblies. Mr. Bowen has extensive experience in root cause failure analysis, mechanical integration, prototype development and testing, troubleshooting, and the development of robust, manufacturable solutions for mission-critical applications.

He has led multidisciplinary engineering teams and technical projects from concept through testing and deployment, including design reviews, failure investigations, test fixture development, quality assurance, technical documentation, and process improvement. His technical experience includes structural and thermal analysis, FEA, CFD, CAD modeling, and engineering standards, including ASME Y14.5 and Y14.100. Mr. Bowen-Kreiner also holds current TS/SCI clearance.
