Before joining Envista, Dr. Zhao led the Forensic Engineering Team at Singapore's Building and Construction Authority (BCA), overseeing investigations into structural failures, construction defects, façade performance, and unauthorized building works. He also has extensive experience designing reinforced concrete and structural steel buildings and has served as an adjunct university lecturer in project procurement and construction technology.
