Matt Lerner serves as Chief Financial Officer, leading the company’s global finance and accounting functions. He brings more than 20 years of experience helping companies navigate growth, improve operational performance, and align financial strategy with business goals.
Before joining Envista, Matt was Senior Vice President of Global Finance at Atlas, where he played a key leadership role through periods of rapid expansion, including supporting a $200M capital raise and driving enterprise-wide financial transformation. He has also held senior roles at SMS Assist, UBS, and Coca-Cola Enterprises, where he built and scaled FP&A functions, led investor relations efforts, and delivered measurable operational improvements.
Matt earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance, Economics, and Econometrics & Statistics. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business.
