Before joining Envista Forensics, Mr. Zaldivar served as a Senior Project Manager overseeing recycled water infrastructure projects, following six years conducting forensic engineering investigations involving commercial, residential, industrial, and vehicle losses. Earlier in his career, he spent approximately 30 years with the City of Los Angeles, where he served as Engineer of Record and managed mechanical engineering projects involving water distribution systems, wastewater treatment facilities, airports, municipal buildings, and utility infrastructure.
