Mr. Fisher has over 25 years of combined experience in the Fire and Law Enforcement Service with 10 years' experience as a Criminal Investigator including 6 years as the Arson Investigator for the City of Waterbury, Connecticut. Mr. Fisher has successfully conducted hundreds of investigations with the last 6 years of municipal employment dedicated to Fire / Arson Investigations. Mr. Fisher was also the recipient of the 2005 International Association of Arson Investigators (Connecticut Chapter) Investigator of the Year Award. Since retiring from Law Enforcement, Mr. Fisher has continuously worked in the private sector as a Professional Fire Investigator with approximately 800 investigations completed to date.
