He has engineering field experience on commercial and industrial sites planning, sequencing and implementing design documents and managing contractors. He has investigated, scoped, designed, specified, estimated costs, scheduled on large commercial and industrial projects for Bechtel Group and regional firms like AGI Technologies (environmental and geotechnical engineering), THP Limited (structural engineering and design) and Monarch Construction (commercial construction). Additionally, he has started and operated a residential real estate investment business and has served on a non-profit finance and operations committee as a Board Trustee.
