Jay is a specialist in fire and explosion investigations with expertise in fire analysis and origin and cause investigations. He has provided expert testimony on over 50 criminal and civil cases. Jay has experience in several hundred of these types of losses and has worked or supervised over 3000 fire and explosion investigations.
