Mr. Patrick Riedlinger is a Project Engineer with 30 years of progressive, technical experience. Mr. Riedlinger is a graduate of Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and has knowledge in consumer product design, design verification, manufacturing processes, and material science. He is a registered Mechanical Engineer in the states of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, and California, and holds accreditation as an ACTAR traffic accident reconstructionist and a certified fire investigator. Mr. Riedlinger has successfully applied his extensive mechanical engineering background to the reconstruction of vehicular accidents that range in severity from minor property damage to multiple vehicle and fatality collisions. His reconstruction experience includes motor vehicle fire investigation and accidents involving cars, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, and pedestrians. Mr. Riedlinger is trained and experienced in the collection and application of Event Data Recorder (“black box”) information from heavy trucks and passenger vehicles as it relates to accident reconstruction. In addition to vehicular accident analysis, Mr. Riedlinger’s experience includes advanced consumer product design, engineering, and manufacturing using CAD, CAM, and Finite Element Analysis technologies. He has coupled these skills with graduate level statistics and engineering management training to solve complex engineering problems for a number of Fortune 500 companies, including General Electric and Tektronix. His manufacturing experience, combined with his process engineering, testing and design experience, allows him to analyze a wide variety of mechanical products and work processes involved in the manufacturing of consumer products, where he often applies his knowledge in failure analysis and manufacturing standards
