Consultant Construction Claims & Course of Construction Losses in Toronto

Ashleigh has over 11 years of experience specializing in the analysis of construction delay and disruption impact, and possesses strong forensic and cost analysis skills. She is knowledgeable in the analysis of the as-planned sequence of work in comparison to the as-built progression of work to identify “cause and effect” relationships to support the allocation of liability and damages and for preparation of Requests for Compensation and/or Extended Duration. Utilizing her expertise of scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and logic, Ashleigh prepares baseline schedules, rebuilds troubled project schedules, and analyzes the effect of schedule variations such as early/late start/finishes, and changes in duration. She has worked on commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects for owners, contractors, subcontractors, surety, and insurers/adjusters.
