Meet Our Newest Addition to the Team, Michael Rufo!
Envista welcomes Michael Rufo, our newest addition to the Building Consulting group. Michael joined the Envista team in mid-January as Principal Building Consultant and will be serving clients in the greater Boston area.

Michael Rufo is a Principal Building Consultant with over 25 years of experience in building consulting and construction. He has maintained a Construction Supervisor’s License, as well as both Matterport® and Xactimate certifications for most of his career. He has experience mediating construction claims disputes between insurance carriers and their insureds, as well as managing sales, estimating and oversight of operations to ensure quality standards and the use of proper techniques while meeting budget and deadlines, and monitoring compliance with building and safety codes, permitting, and regulations. At Envista, Michael lends his expertise to performing building inspections to provide building repair estimating, cost auditing/invoice review, reconstruction estimating, clerk of the works, and other building services to Envista clients.
