Continuing Education Information

The Envista General Certificate of Completion is the All-In-One certificate for all attendees.  This certificate includes all state course numbers and provider numbers.

Envista Forensics has submitted all of your CEU credits to the offering states for which we received correct name and license numbers. However, if you received an “error received” email message, credit may not be posted until you send us the correct information.  We will continue to help with corrections unless state deadlines prevent posting.

To submit corrections, email us at cecredit@envistaforensics.com. You do not need to file anything with the states but should keep your certificates for the state compliance period.

We recommend that you check your transcript with the state’s Department of Insurance (DOI) to verify that your credit has been posted. If you have questions regarding your CEU hours, please direct inquiries to cecredit@envistaforensics.com
